nowhere did you mention the status of your install. If iTera is up and running, then you can send anyone that's interested. If it is installed, but not currently configured (the way they do the initial training) the attendees will be required to _completely_ understand the operational and network aspects as well as security of the 400's/i's in question. Specifically, they are trained in turning on replication, dealing with profiles, non-library objects that need to be replicated, IFS replication, directory entries, job schedule entries. They need to understand the applications running and their requirements for data and program replication. This is done on _both_ iTera test machines and on the _live_ production machine remotely. The live production machine is exercised with iTera fully except for actual role-swap during this training. So.. the answer actually depends on your current iTera implementation status.
