Man, I wish they had source because I have looked at the PSC/400 stuff 
and it looks great (0 interactive is quite a compelling selling point).  
Source would also open other options to them.

No.  No source. Hence they either go to HATS or have a third party 
deliver a GUI solution for them.   HATS has been "OK" so far.  I've just 
been stuck on a couple of transformations that require more than just 
"tweaking the rules".
