bldindex command -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi all,

 

I have an old 36 proc that is using the BLDINDEX command. The problem I am
having is when the file is created, its not being assigned an authorization
list. Can you tell me what native command is being executed so I can change
that commands defaults to use an authorization list.
