What is DRIVERAUTO? Is this a CL pgm you wrote to start up things?

I have a start of the subsystem and STRFAXSPT in my QSTRUP pgm.
Also, I do a forced shutdown and restart every morning at 5 am. I added this
a few years ago after a few days of the fax send getting hung up and not
sending anything. Doing the restart daily seemed to help alleviate this
situation.
