Ok, Called the Keycenter directly today, apparently they are supporting ESD, I was going through iSeries support before. The lady I spoke to said she just got an email that said the problem was in the XW1 - iSeries Access product. Sure enough, when I didn't select that product, I was able to continue without the error. So I'm going to go ahead and try and download everything else. Now I have to figure out how to get v5r4 of iSeries Access. Anybody have a .ISO image of the CD they feel like sharing? All, I'm wondering if anybody else has tried to use the My Entitled Software - download web page in the last couple of weeks to download. In other words, anybody made use of the electronic software distribution? I've been trying to download v5r4, but having no luck. On the first page, I can select my customer number and machine type/serial. On the next page, I select all available products. When I click continue, I get sent back to the first page with this error: 9900: System Error Your request cannot be processed, please try again. If the problem persists contact the help desk. I've contacted IBM, but so far nobody has figured out an answer.
