Has anyone try to use the Download My Entitled software web page in the last couple of weeks?

All,

I'm wondering if anybody else has tried to use the My Entitled Software
- download web page in the last couple of weeks to download.  In other
words, anybody made use of the electronic software distribution?

I've been trying to download v5r4, but having no luck.

On the first page, I can select my customer number and machine
type/serial.

On the next page, I select all available products.  When I click
continue, I get sent back to the first page with this error:
9900: System Error

Your request cannot be processed, please try again. If the problem
persists contact the help desk.

I've contacted IBM, but so far nobody has figured out an answer.
