Deleting a mail message in the IFS could cause MSF problems. It's not IFS
objects per se...it's mail stuff.

In this case, it was a matter of an automated email sender
test program inadvertently going into an endless loop,
generating messages faster than QMSF could send them, and
my taking a "stop the outgoing mail first, pick up the
pieces later" approach.
