How many occurrences?  One per job?  LDA is local to a job so every job
on your system has an occurrence of the LDA.  But if you are already at
1000 bytes, you may want to create a data area in qtemp.  If you need
multiple occurrences with in the job, then I might go with a user space
or a keyed data queue in qtemp where you can continue to write as many
records as you want.

The data is 1000 bytes but there will be more than one occurrance. It
will only be used within the same job and I don't need it after the job
ends.
