Dude, Never open a pmr over the phone. Always use the internet. Advantages include: - You can type in a very descriptive issue of the pmr and type faster than they can transcribe. - All of your description gets in and not just every third word you told the receptionist. - You can verify that the message was CPF1234 and not the DBF1234 that the receptionist keyed in. Now, if you are in a hurry, jot down the pmr # created, call back in, and say you're calling on an existing pmr. Also, much faster way to get to the person who speaks english. Rob Berendt
