HI List,

Hoping that that CPF0000 Globalization nonsense is about over, I have a
questions about journals.

Our SOX auditors do not like the library I placed some journals which
collect data for some SOX reports.   So my question is can I simply
'move' the journal and its receivers to another library or am I better
off deleting them and recreating them in a different library. 

I am not experienced with journals and not comfortable with charging in
and moving things.
