These are iSeries.  They are not AS/400's.  Back on AS/400's you had 
different media for each serial number.  If you needed something in a 
pinch you contacted your local CE and asked for "Gold Code".
Everyone gets:
- Base CD (lic)
- four B#### Cd's
- several L#### cd's
What may vary are the F#### cd's.  See "Standard set products" and "Keyed
