Is the queue single-threaded? Is there a job running, maybe in MSGW, 
that came from the queue that is blocking any other jobs? You can 
either go through the batch jobs and display them in turn - option 1 
or 2 shows which queue they were on. Or use a list jobs API with 
selection for job queue.
