I'm still learning up on the HMC and have a question about the WEBSM based
connection to the HMC (either the installshield version, or the java
version):  Has anyone used it within a Citrix environment?  I'm guessing it
would work fine, but if anyone knows of any snags...

I'm reading through the HMC Case Study presentation from Common done by
Larry Bolhius... it's a great learning tool.
