We went to v5r4 just after GA. The upgrade went very smooth. We used the virtual optical drive option for install. I fired the upgrade off at 6 pm. on a Friday, came back to the office at 10:30 pm. and it was complete (i520-7450). This version appears the be very stable. We have not run into any hiccups yet.
