When does it become less scary to do these customer install tasks that you used to get IBM to do as part of your Maintenance contract? I just successfully completed my first "Customer Install". I replaced a 2749 card with a 5702 card so I could go from an Ultrium LT01 Tape Drive to an LT03. It works though!! WHEW!! Next!!!! Joel B.
