Re: Every day emulation

Every customer i have uses CA for Windows (totally thousands of users).
Older versions had some problems.
For standard emulation & printing - i think its very stable.
It is a "heavy or fat " client - lots of disk & memory.
Don't try to use where not supported, and minimum requirements are bare minimum. The client with no service packs is almost always broken (they cut the release 
prior to fixing all the bugs, so at least 1st service pack critical.
Biggest problem I see is Win Tech's not following instructions on the screen
to install, or loading "ALL" when not needed, and always forgetting the service packs. 
May users using Excel plugin.

Is Access for Windows still the emulator of choice ?

As I recall, most conversations regarding older
versions of CA start with the phrase "I hate that software".

If it is still hated, what are the other options ?
