RE: QRPLOBJ Lib

Yes, usually...  When an object gets replaced, if there were any jobs where
that program object was running, you would see in the job call stack a
reference to a program in QRPLOBJ.  The replace option saves us from having
these jobs fail, since they retain their ability to access the replaced
program object.  After these jobs end (user logs off), the replaced object
would never be called again, and the program would run using the new version
of the program object.

It's safe to clear this library if the system is in restriced state, or
during IPL.  Otherwise, you'd be safer to list all the objects in that lib
and purge the ones with last used date <> today....
