OpsNav CAN use an existing data set created by the STRDBMON/ENDDBMON
commands. Just right-click on "SQL Performance Monitors" under "Databases"
and then select "Import...". OpsNav will then ask you to supply a name for
the monitor and the location (File and Schema aka library) and type (Summary
or Detailed) that was used in the STRDBMON command.

"The Import SQL Performance Monitor Files dialog allows you to incorporate
data for SQL performance monitors that were started without using iSeries
Navigator, or data that was collected on another system.  If you are
importing data collected by a Summary monitor, you only need to specify the
name of any one of the data files." (from help)
