 Cause . . . . . :   Error occurred changing the service tools ID due to one
of 
   the following:

     1 -- Requesting service tools ID password expired.

     3 -- Requesting service tools ID password will be disabled on the next

   invalid attempt.

     4 -- Requesting service tools ID disabled.

     5 -- New ID password matches one of the previous passwords.

     6 -- Invalid length for service tools ID password.

     7 -- Duplicate service tools ID specified for new service tools ID.

     9 -- Invalid service tools ID specified for service tools ID.

     12 -- Requesting service tools ID has insufficient functional
privileges.

Try "22222222" ID or try "CHGDSTPWD" to reset DST password to the default
value..

I have an issue with our Service Tools User IDs.  The QSECOFR and QSVR
profiles are disabled.  Is there another profile available or is it time to
call IBM and have them walk me through resetting the profiles?
