Regarding the training, you can go for the whole 4 days if you have the
time, but could lessen it, they have an excellent tech support for all
issues. 2 days would be enough if you are very pressed for time. if not go
for the whole week. Make sure to resolve certain issues in advance so that
you can resolve some issues while you are in Utah.

There are some fairly freq. PTFs but these are a straight fwd. process as
well.
