I understand that relationship.  However, what does that technically 
translate to?  What authorities do they need to that user profile in 
EDTOBJAUT?

We're getting away from group profiles and I loathe supplemental group 
profiles.  And having everything owned by some dummy group profile doesn't 
really fit the bill.  Especially when these are cross application, cross 
separate legal entity data.
