There was no display that supported the 12 x 80 supported on the i5 or it's forerunner, the AS/400. I think the last one mentioned was the 5252. When the AS/400 was announced it was specifically announced that there would be no support for that terminal. I think the 5252 was a terminal that had screens on both sides of it.
