Please respond to Midrange Systems Technical Discussion <midrange-l@midra nge.com> May I ask why you would want your connection to Wells Fargo to not require a logon? Please respond to Midrange Systems Technical Discussion <midrange-l@midra nge.com> Ok, we've got ftp working to Wells Fargo. And it is using SSL. According to them it should stop asking for user id and password. According to IBM, they're nuts, besides it's their server that stops and asks for the user id and password. So, do we go the http api route that others do, or, is there some way, on our end, to tell ftp to not ask for a user id and password? ps: I am not talking about the trick of blank lines in your ftp script to allow you to put the user id and password in the script. I am talking about not having to use a user id and password - period.
