A technique would be to build the complete SQL statement in a RPG Variable (with using the actual values instead of parameter fields) and PREPARE the contents of that variable. There is very little downside for this approach (because of the SQL Optimizer, caching, etc) and then the complete variable can be displayed through debug and/or sent to the job log.
