Now right click on the Subnet and select New Client. In there specify the MAC address and then anything else you want to assign them. Some things are more important than others such as IP and Mask but hey, go crazy!
Valid questions posted on this solution vs Proxy, etc but to answer your question directly, yes this is how it's done on iSeries.
