The documentation in Appendix F of the Security Reference manual indicates
that the ZC audit record with an Access Type field value of 36 indicates
Reorganize. Without actually testing it, I can not tell you is the RGZPFM
command uses this Access Type or one of the other access types when the
file being reorganized is audited. The when and who information is included
in other fields of the audit record.
