SOT: Software for Scanning/Storage of Medical Records

This past week I saw a demo of some Software for Scanning/Storage of
Medical Records. It looked like a "one size fits all" program rather
than one specially tailored for the job, although they do maintain that
they are fully HIPAA compliant (web based, clunky as hell, plugin takes
about a half hour to install, etc.).
Does anyone know of software that is specifically designed for this
(hopefully both Client/Server & Web Based, using SQL Server or Oracle)?
