SRC D200C2FF with Current CUME and new Express 520+ -- MIDRANGE-L

FYI Folks... 

It appears I'm the 3rd to 4th person to report this problem to IBM. Brief 
details...

All reports so far on Express Models, mine was a new System i5 (520+) 
Express 
CUME is 6045530
Prereq PTFs listed in CUME paperwork are already PERM Applied (1 SIxxx and 
2 MFxxx)
The apply of this CUME/HYPER/DB set, only requires 1 IPL ( no pre-reqs 
needed)
During the apply system stops and does a MSD, After copying MSD to the ASP
        System try's to IPL and but stops at D200C2FF
This is not the real error, must use SST to look at the PAL.
"B" side IPL will not IPL to even DST
"A" side worked fine.

Solution is to SLIP Install LIC and reinstall the CUME.
IBM is currently reviewing previous MSD from someone else.
