Can you see what libraries are on a 400 with an FTP client

Does anyone know how to see libraries when FTP'ing to the 400 within 
QSYS.lib.  It's easy enough to see the files.  If you know what library you 
want it's easy to change to that library.  If you want to see what libraries 
are available is there a way to see that remotely through FTP?  I know 
you can see them a number of ways on the 400.  I know you can use 
remote control to see everything and anything.  I specifically would like to 
know if there is a way to see libraries with an FTP client remotely.
