I mentioned this on this forum a while back and got my wrist slapped.

We're a private company so SOX doesn't apply here, but from a legal
perspective time 'adjustment' could be an issue.

On 'spring forward' day, the hour between 2am and 3am doesn't exist.  Or
does it?  On 'fall back' day, the hour between 2am and 3am happens twice.
Or doesn't it?

So what is going to happen?  Is the time going to just jump?  Is it going to
adjust?

Everybody laughed at Indiana, but we used to have it right.  Don't change.
