Re: sntp does not autostart

IBM had me do a 
STRSQL
select * from qusrsys/qatocstart
....+....1....+....2....+....3....+....4..
SVR  Server                          Auto 
TYP                                  Start
...
 T   *NTP                            *NO 
...

Which didn't match CHGNTPA.  So we used CHGNTPA to turn it off and back on 
again.  Now the SQL is right.
