Autostart RMTOUTQ

 
On one of my partitions (v5r3) I have hundreds of RTMOUTQs defined.  All are
created with the parm AUTOSTRWTR(1).  About a dozen of these never start
after an IMPL and I have to manually start them.  They are all to the same
remote location, but others to that same site are OK.  These are to network
printers not another iSeries.  On all my 24 systems/partitions I must have
over 5,000 Outqs defined as remotes and only these are an issue.

Any ideas on why Autostart isn't working?
