I'm drawing a blank on confirming that we're in a P10 software tier.  I 
quickly looked at rack config, GO CMDSFW, ops nav software resources, 
google searches, midrange archives and FAQs, infocenter search, etc. and 
haven't found it.  Can someone tell me?
