Sorry, I guess I wasn't clear.  I'm planning on upgrading my 810 to 
V5R3 in the next couple weeks or so.  My parent company has a 550 that 
is running V5R3.  There was some discussion of perhaps using them as 
our DR site (I hope that's where it stops and they don't try to run my 
box in an LPAR there).  As you probably know, on the 810 and it's 
generation machines they do not use a HMC.  The primary partition runs 
the show and there are 'restrictions' about running other versions in 
the other LPARs.  

So I was wondering if the new hardware/OS still has this requirement?
