That is a reasonable expectation (once Congress decides they're really
going to make the change -- right now they've reserved the right to
withdraw the change if the impact to the business community is too great).

Can we assume that IBM will ship PTF's or otherwise make the change to
accommodate the the start (and end?) of DST changes in 2007?
