Jim, You need to put 1 or more DNS server addresses in the 400. On your PC do a IPCONFIG /ALL and enter from a DOS window. That will list several things that will include 1 or more DNS servers or you could ask your network people. Now on the 400 do a CFGTCP and then Option #12. At the bottom of that screen there will be a place for up to 3 Domain Name Servers (DNS), put the IPs from your PC or network people in there and you should be set. _____________________ Kirk Goins CCNA Systems Engineer, Manage Inc.
