link error using *SYMLNK dir

Hello.
In my aplication, i use webfacing. The user, select
"Print" button and there are a process that convert
spool into pdf (i use Infoprint) and user see PDF
document in a browser.
Well, when i put this pdf in a real dir (into my
webfacing proyects qibm/userdata/....), no problem.
When i put pdf outside proyect´s folder (by example
root:content/pdf) and simulate a SYMLNK with ADDLNK
into webfacing proyects, i dont´s see pdf (request 404
html error).
i don´t understand it. i checked authorization.
