You should be careful with setting the QLMTDEVSSN to 1. Users with *ALLOBJ or *SERVICE special authorities can sign-on only at a device to which they have explicit authority. I have seen this cause a problem if you have to use a profile with SECOFR Authority somewhere other than the console. It can be a real headache when trying to signon somewhere other than the specified devices, during an emergency. As for a disabled user signing on with FTP, you should consider locking down with exit programs...as Larry suggested.
