I 73 and proud of it. Have been in the computer business since 1959 and am
still going strong on the iSeies. Just love to watch the youngsters come up
with new explanations for things that we have been doing since the 1950.
Truncated fractions are still the very heart of computer calculations and
probably will be until the end of time.  A wonderful professor from Stanford
University who had spent nearly 50 years teaching all types of math and
computer science courses summed it up very nicely. "Gentleman, I have been
working some 40 years on the general solution to the General Algebric
Solution and am very close and what to you all want to do with it -
approximate."

Don't worry just continue to learn and grow. Management will pass but
techies are forever.
