I was in one of these courses. For two or three years I think the local college was able to fill the classes. There's no demand for the knowledge here though. The courses are still on the roster but they haven't been able to run it for years. IBM provided the Hardware and Software to run the course at an educational discount as long as a certain curriculum was loosely followed. <snip> They'll have snow in hell before IBM follows Microsoft's lead on putting product and cirriculum in the schools. </snip> <snip> IBM assists in funding accredited schools for software and hardware. All they have to do is ask! Yes they have to agree to teach some things, but then IBM hands them the curriculum. I have seen it and it is excellent. They don't even have to develop the classes. </snip>
