Could it be better sure, but you better get your shovel out because it's snowing. If you don't care to look you won't find it. IBM assists in funding accredited schools for software and hardware. All they have to do is ask! Yes they have to agree to teach some things, but then IBM hands them the curriculum. I have seen it and it is excellent. They don't even have to develop the classes. Just because you don't see it, does not mean its not happening. After all you live in DC, is there a better place to define fantasy? Jim
