Hi Scott, et. al. -

My recollection is that CLP programs padded all character parameters out to
32 characters
before passing them.  The garbage problem would come up once the paramter
was
> 32 characters in OPM CL.


If it's a constant, yes; if it's a field, I'm pretty sure no.
