This is an old example, and it works.  I think they've prettied it up with 
newer releases but I've got to get to an lug board meeting.
Looks more complicated than it should be, but if you don't do it right 
you'll end up posting the wrong data (like nulls or something) to fields 
that don't satisfy the join.  I got this from a former employee who got it 
from a coworker at their new shop who got it from skip marchasoni 
(spelling?).  And this gal has since left that job to raise babies some 
years ago.
