Solution to RE: QSYSWRK missing SMTP pre-start jobs

Thanks Ken and Elvis for your suggestions

Instead of just adding them back I gave IBM a call and they
told me that for some reason unknown to them, sometimes the
pre-start jobs are not carried forward when updating to
V5R3.

They signed on and fixed it. Case closed
