V5R3M0 will be the last version of i5/os to support 8gb or lower drives

V5R3M5 already requires 17GB or higher.
That same site says that 8GB is the currently supported minimum.  And 
you're running 4GB.
I checked the upgrade planning guides for V5R1 on up and none of them 
mentioned when 4GB had to be replaced with 8GB or higher, so either you 
are running a very old version of OS, or you've been on an unsupported 
configuration for quite some time.
