Agreed! Although I do get a bit evangelical about open source technologies. ;-)
To answer your prior post, yes, FF 1.5 takes care of the problem with the DCR form. However, the thread was reflecting on IBM's continued (though minimal) use of some IE required pages, or pages that aren't completely friendly to non-IE. They also have technologies, as mentioned earlier, that don't support non-IE browsers. Yes! You build a business making good business decisions. However, you also need to be true to those stated business directions that are made publicly. 
Maybe I am just impatient.
