PDF Conversion in iSeries Navigator

Quick question:

Does the 'convert to PDF' function for spooled files in iSeries Navigator
require the priced component of 5722IP1 - IBM Infoprint Server for iSeries?
If so, was that something that changed in a recent O/S release?
