And there is lots in the way of tech tips and code samples there. Once there, you can find some online education by clicking on "Benefits", then the "Education" link there, then the "DB2 UDB for iSeries" link there.

Why make you go through all the steps instead of giving you a direct link? Because you will probably see other useful stuff along the way.
