I don't know about using Nav but you can bring up a console using CA
5250 emulation.

HMC & remote console

We just purchased a new i5 and an HMC.

We are using the HMC as a console for the i5 server.

Can I use iSeries Navigator to access an active console session on this
HMC?

Kenneth
