That's an excellent question. The immediate problem of course is getting
his compiles moving, but the real question is "what problem is this
multi-queue design trying to solve". For the immediate problem, at a guess
I would imagine that Brian's MAXACT parameter for the subsystem is set too
low for the number of jobs he's throwing at it from its various queues.
Increasing it will allow more jobs to run simultaneously but that may lead
to other issues. The black art of system tuning. :-)
